  • 1 cup peaches, sliced

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:
