For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the puff pastry into four equal squares and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Spread a thin layer of goat cheese on each pastry square, drizzle with hot honey, and lightly brush the edges with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
