- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the puff pastry into four equal squares and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread a thin layer of goat cheese on each pastry square, drizzle with hot honey, and lightly brush the edges with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt.
