Description

A sweet and spicy caramelized pineapple paired with creamy burrata on buttery brioche toast.

For the Crust:

  • 4 slices brioche bread
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter. Add diced pineapple, brown sugar, chili flakes, and cinnamon. Cook for 5-7 minutes until caramelized, stirring occasionally.
  2. Toast brioche slices until golden brown.
  3. Spread burrata evenly over each toast slice. Top with caramelized pineapple, drizzle with honey, and garnish with fresh mint leaves and a pinch of sea salt.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
