For the Crust:
- 4 slices brioche bread
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 1 tbsp honey
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter. Add diced pineapple, brown sugar, chili flakes, and cinnamon. Cook for 5-7 minutes until caramelized, stirring occasionally.
- Toast brioche slices until golden brown.
- Spread burrata evenly over each toast slice. Top with caramelized pineapple, drizzle with honey, and garnish with fresh mint leaves and a pinch of sea salt.
