Description

A gooey baked brie topped with a sweet and spicy hot honey glaze, wrapped in flaky puff pastry for the ultimate appetizer.

For the Crust:

  • 1 wheel of brie cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and place brie wheel in the center. Drizzle half the hot honey over the brie and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
  3. Wrap puff pastry around the brie, sealing edges. Brush with beaten egg and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  4. Remove from oven, drizzle with remaining hot honey, and garnish with rosemary. Serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
