A gooey baked brie topped with a sweet and spicy hot honey glaze, wrapped in flaky puff pastry for the ultimate appetizer.

For the Crust:
- 1 wheel of brie cheese (8 oz)
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry and place brie wheel in the center. Drizzle half the hot honey over the brie and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
- Wrap puff pastry around the brie, sealing edges. Brush with beaten egg and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with remaining hot honey, and garnish with rosemary. Serve warm.
