A delightful appetizer that combines the bold flavors of pepperoni and cheese with a tangy marinade.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz block of sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cut the cheddar cheese into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine cheese cubes and pepperoni in a dish, pour over the marinade, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
