For the Crust:
- 1 bag of tator tots
- 1 block of Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1 can of Rotel tomatoes
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- Layer tator tots in a baking dish, top with cooked ground beef, Rotel tomatoes, and cubed Velveeta cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
