For the Crust:

  • 2 sheets of puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Place one sheet of puff pastry on a baking sheet, spread the filling in the center, cover with the second sheet, and cut slits around the edges to form petals.
