For the Crust:
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 French baguette, sliced and toasted
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, and mozzarella until well combined. Spread evenly in a small baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine diced tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Spoon tomato mixture over the cheese layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.
- Serve warm with toasted baguette slices.
