Description

A creamy, cheesy dip topped with fresh bruschetta-style tomatoes and herbs, perfect for dipping with toasted baguette slices.

For the Crust:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 French baguette, sliced and toasted

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, and mozzarella until well combined. Spread evenly in a small baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine diced tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Spoon tomato mixture over the cheese layer.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.
  5. Serve warm with toasted baguette slices.
