For the Crust:

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, mozzarella, parmesan, cream cheese, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
