- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, mozzarella, parmesan, cream cheese, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
