Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup roasted red bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 2 carrots, roasted
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained
  • 1 cucumber, grated
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Blend roasted red bell peppers and walnuts to make the Muhammara; season with salt and lemon juice.
  2. For the hummus, blend roasted carrots with chickpeas, olive oil, and garlic.
  3. Mix grated cucumber with Greek yogurt, garlic, and dill to prepare the Tzatziki.
