For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add onions, cooking until golden and caramelized, about 15 minutes.
  3. Cut the puff pastry into squares, place a portion of caramelized onions, add goat cheese, and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
