For the Crust:
- 1 mini seedless watermelon, cubed
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 lime, juiced and zested
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cut the watermelon into 1-inch cubes.
- In a small bowl, mix the lime juice, lime zest, and chili powder.
- Top each watermelon cube with a small amount of feta cheese, drizzle the chili-lime mixture over them, and garnish with fresh mint.
