Refreshing and flavorful appetizer cups made with watermelon, feta cheese, and a hint of chili-lime mint.

For the Crust:

  • 1 mini seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 lime, juiced and zested
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cut the watermelon into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the lime juice, lime zest, and chili powder.
  3. Top each watermelon cube with a small amount of feta cheese, drizzle the chili-lime mixture over them, and garnish with fresh mint.
