Description

A creamy, tangy whipped feta dip with sweet roasted red peppers and fresh dill, perfect for dipping or spreading.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a food processor, combine feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the whipped feta mixture to a bowl and fold in the chopped roasted red peppers and dill.
  3. Season with black pepper and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
