For the Crust:
- 8 oz feta cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a food processor, combine feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the whipped feta mixture to a bowl and fold in the chopped roasted red peppers and dill.
- Season with black pepper and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
