A spooky twist on a classic dessert, combining the rich flavors of creamy panna cotta with the earthy bitterness of matcha, perfect for a mystic gourmet experience.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin powder
  • 3 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over cold water and allow it to soften for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, sugar, and matcha powder, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is hot, but not boiling.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat, stir in the softened gelatin and vanilla extract until fully dissolved. Pour into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
