- 2 cups heavy cream

- 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons gelatin powder
- 3 tablespoons cold water
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over cold water and allow it to soften for about 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, sugar, and matcha powder, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is hot, but not boiling.
- Remove the saucepan from heat, stir in the softened gelatin and vanilla extract until fully dissolved. Pour into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
