For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

- 1/4 cup lemon juice

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the puff pastry into 12 equal squares and fit them into a muffin tin to form cups.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, then remove and let cool.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the lemon juice, lime juice, sugar, and zests until well combined.
- Fill each cooled puff pastry cup with the lemon-lime cream.
- Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving.
