These delightful cups are filled with a refreshing lemon-lime cream, perfect for a tangy and sweet treat.

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 1 lime

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the puff pastry into 12 equal squares and fit them into a muffin tin to form cups.
  3. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, then remove and let cool.
  4. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold in the lemon juice, lime juice, sugar, and zests until well combined.
  6. Fill each cooled puff pastry cup with the lemon-lime cream.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving.
